Scoular’s business is growing. We have twice as many employees as we did just five years ago. We anticipate increasing our workforce by 10% per year well into the future. In a nutshell, we are recruiting.

Scoular takes pride in the longevity of its employees and the opportunities we create for internal advancement. But our growth dictates that our recruitment extends from college graduates to very experienced individuals.
What, Where & How
Scoular actively recruits college graduates for grain, food ingredient, and feed ingredient merchant positions as well as grain elevator manager roles. Although we place particular emphasis on recruiting at schools with agriculture curricula, we also are interested in candidates with strong general business backgrounds, including marketing, finance and the like. To see a complete list of the schools and dates when and where we will be recruiting, please see our college recruitment schedule. If you are interested in applying, you may contact us by email at recruitment@scoular.com.
Growing Your Career at Scoular
In 2006, Scoular launched a program specifically designed to help selected college graduates grow their careers in grain, feed ingredient, and food ingredient merchandising or grain elevator management. Focused on professional development, the program provides participants with hands-on experiences in merchandising, operations, sales, accounting and control.
During their first few months at Scoular, these select college graduates are incorporated into Scoular businesses. They travel to a variety of company offices and facilities to gain exposure to and understanding of different markets, products, services and customers and to meet other Scoular people. As a group, they have opportunities to meet face-to-face with company executives and be exposed to corporate strategy.
These rich developmental experiences prepare this select group of new-to-Scoular college graduates to transition into regular assignments that complement their strengths and the company’s business needs.
