Responsibilities
The International Specialist has primary responsibility for execution of international product shipments with timely, complete and accurate documentation.  The position can be very fast-paced.  The International Specialist may also have responsibility to maintain records of inventory and warehouse locations with the related coordination of freight and logistics.  The International Specialist is an important part of the overall customer service team and will often be the difference in earning and keeping customer loyalty.

Requirements
It requires excellent organizational skills and quick thinking, as many shipments are in process at any given time.  Contact with customers is frequent and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  Software will include standard and specialized applications in a position where efficiency and accuracy are important to success.
