Responsibilities
Scoular offers general and semi-skilled labor positions at all of its operating facilities.  These positions include duties that range from loading, unloading, weighing and grading commodities to general housekeeping activities inside and outside the facility.  Laborers work as part of a team that is responsible for day-to-day facility operations.  Business may be seasonal in nature and requires excellent coordination with other team members to ensure safe, efficient and effective operations.  Overtime and weekend work are not uncommon. 

Requirements
Employees in these positions will need to be capable of physically demanding work, and experience with operating and maintaining grain handling equipment will be an advantage.  Employees are given on-site training that includes rigorous safety training.  Safety is a primary continuing responsibility for all laborers.
