OMAHA, NE - Employees in the Omaha and Minneapolis offices held true to their holiday tradition of helping those in need during the the holiday season.

This year, Omaha office employees adopted the Children's Shelter, a program of Heartland Family Service in Omaha. Employeees contributed clothing, toys, movies, books, games, pajamas, and many other items just in time for the holidays. The Children's Shelter program offers temporary shelter for children ages birth to 18 years who have experienced neglect and/or abuse and typically houses 12 children on any given day, including the holidays.

In Minneapolis, employees adopted 25 famillies through the Model Cities organization that serves the greater St. Paul area. People in the office worked together to purchase and wrap gifts for each member of the 25 families. In addition to providing primary health care for the underprivileged, Model Cities provides mental health services, chemical health services, crisis intervention, and supportive housing services.
