OMAHA, NE (April 7, 2010) -- Charles L. Elsea, CEO of The Scoular Company, announced today the creation of two new officer positions associated with a realignment designed to enhance communication, planning and execution in the Enterprise Services group.

James Konz has been designated Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services. Konz will oversee management of Accounting and Control, Information Technology and Trade Finance. Konz was formerly Vice President, Information Technology.

Omer Sagheer has been designated Vice President, Enterprise Services, Finance. Sagheer will manage company banking relationships and financial planning, including revolving credit, term debt and lease finance. Sagheer was formerly Director of Finance.

Konz and Sagheer will report to David M. Faith, President of The Scoular Company.
