OMAHA, NE - In mid-October, employees in the Omaha office kicked off the 2009 United Way of the Midlands campaign that concluded with a record $21,167.44 in employee donations that were matched by The Scoular Foundation for a grand total of $42,334.88.

The kick-off event included an overview of United Way services by a "loaned executive," the presentation of a DVD featuring clients served by United Way agencies, and a speaker from the American Heart Association, one of the agencies funded by United Way.
