The Scoular Company is pleased to announce that Jerry Osborne has accepted the position of Director, Corporate Growth. In this position, Osborne will assist the Company’s Executive Council in identifying and developing opportunities for growth in selected market segments through acquisition and strategic alliance. He will also work with the Company’s operating divisions on selected current and future expansion projects.

Osborne brings to Scoular nearly 30 years of experience in the grain industry, most recently with ConAgra Foods, Inc. and before that with The Pillsbury Company. He has a long record of service to the industry through the National Grain Trade Council where he serves on the Executive Committee and in many other trade associations.
