Senior Vice President & Food Division Manager
Bryan serves as the Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Scoular’s Food Division, providing strategic leadership for our businesses in food solutions worldwide.
Prior to Scoular, Bryan spent 23 years at Cargill in a variety of leadership, general management, commercial, merchandising, and business development roles with the company’s Trade and Structured Finance, Sugar, Corn Milling, and Cocoa & Chocolate businesses. Bryan’s roles have included assignments in the U.S., Singapore, and Mexico. Immediately prior to joining Scoular, Bryan was President and Managing Director of Cargill’s North American Cocoa & Chocolate business.
Bryan holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and an MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis.
