Wheat coproducts are generated during the processing of wheat for food or fuel to remove a portion of the base product. Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat kernel and an excellent source of dietary fiber, particularly insoluble fiber.

Wheat Midds

Wheat midds, also know as wheat middlings, are the product of the wheat milling process that is not flour. These byproducts are high in protein and have moderate fat and starch content and are good for use in livestock feed, especially in feed blends and mixtures.
