All of our early career programs are paid, offering three entry points: the High School Internship Program, the Summer Internship Program, and the Pathways Development Program. The pathways development program is a two-year early career experience designed for new college graduates, layered on top of a full-time entry-level role. Participants gain accelerated, broad-based learning through hands-on work, networking with leaders, peer connection, and exposure across Scoular’s businesses. Pathways is built to help early talent grow skills, expand perspective, and build a strong foundation for long-term careers.
We typically look for individuals pursuing or recently obtaining an associate’s or bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the position.
For our Summer Internship program, Scoular provides housing assistance to help students transition smoothly to their assigned work locations, whether at a major hub or a field facility.
