GOODLAND, Kansas (Feb. 3, 2026) – Scoular’s new oilseed crush facility in Goodland has earned an award from a statewide agriculture group for providing soybean farmers with potential new markets.
The Kanas Soybean Association recently presented the Friend of Soy award at the organization’s Kansas Soybean Celebration in Salina, Kansas. Scoular opened the crush facility in 2024, and it processes both soybeans and canola.
“Producers are excited about Goodland Crush,’’ said Kaleb Little, CEO of the Kansas Soybean Association. “Producers in the Scoular network in Kansas are noticing the impact.”
Along with supporting current soybean growers, the facility is an incentive for other producers to plant the crop, Little said. He said Scoular’s transportation network throughout Kansas means producers don’t need to farm near Goodland to benefit from the facility.
Goodland Crush draws soybeans from parts of Kansas, Nebraska and Colorado, and canola from across Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Nebraska and southern South Dakota. The facility is open for delivery Monday through Friday.
“As we look ahead to spring and summer, we’re here to help producers make the best decisions for their operation and be a reliable and trusted partner,’’ said Jeff Frazier, Scoular Market Development Manager.
Past award recipients include PepsiCo.
