Senior Vice President, Business Development
Bill serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, his responsibilities include providing leadership and support of Scoular’s strategy and the execution of that strategy thru various business development activities including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and major capital investments.
Bill is an experienced professional in the strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) field primarily focused on the food industry.
Bill began his 25-year career with Conagra Brands in 1993 as a treasury analyst. In the years that followed, he made his way up the ranks of the organization, working in Conagra Brands’ M&A and strategic planning group with increasing levels of responsibility and serving in several vice president roles with oversight of strategic development, analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Bill served as Senior Vice President of M&A, leading the function and focusing on strategy development, target identification, deal execution, and integration.
Bill holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University.
