Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Tim Manning serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. He leads Scoular’s legal team and serves as principal advisor on legal, risk, compliance, governance, and other matters to Scoular’s Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. He also has oversight of Scoular’s real estate function.
Tim has more than 15 years of legal experience. Before coming to Scoular, he spent five years at SunOpta, a food, beverage and ingredients manufacturer, in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to that, he was in-house counsel at Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. and began his career as an associate in a complex commercial litigation group.
A South Dakota native, Tim graduated from St. John’s University in Minnesota and the University of Iowa College of Law. He serves on the boards of The Guthrie Theater and the Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ), both in Minneapolis.
