Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Kelli serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and leads the team of professionals who manage the human resources function for the company. This encompasses thought leadership, understanding best practices to inform our decisions, and setting the HR strategy, closely aligned with the overall company strategy, mission, vision, values, and goals and objectives of the company.
In the twenty years preceding her joining the leadership team at Scoular, Kelli gained wide ranging experiences in companies across varied industries, including TD Ameritrade (recently acquired by Charles Schwab Corporation), Microsoft Corporation, and Conagra Brands. This includes extensive background and leadership in general human resource management, compensation, benefits, HR operations, data and analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and change and project management.
Kelli is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a degree in Business Administration.
