Tom is the former president and CEO of Lamb Weston, a global food company. He led Lamb Weston’s separation from ConAgra Brands as a stand-alone public company in 2016. During his nine-year tenure, he spearheaded the company’s growth through acquisitions and factory expansion.
Prior to Lamb Weston, Tom held a variety of leadership positions at Conagra Brands. He also has served on the boards of Lamb Weston, Ardent Mills and the American Cancer Society-North Region Research Council. Tom joined Scoular’s board in 2026.
He holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis from Saint Mary of the Plains College.
