Scoular’s Natural Source Mixed Tocopherols (vitamin e) are natural antioxidants that have been isolated from edible vegetable oils. They are a widely used ingredient in foods and dietary supplements to help protect finished products from the damaging effects of oxidation. In doing so, they extend product shelf life and help prevent chemical reactions which can lead to undesirable changes in finished product flavor, odor, or color.
