Scoular’s pea starch is a native, clean label starch that is neutral in flavor, relatively high amylose content, low gelatinization temperature and is stable under high temper acid and shear. Its functionality makes it suitable for a variety of applications including soups and sauces, batters and coatings, extruded cereals and snacks, bakery, bars, soft candies, and meats.
