Marshall Faith

Marshall Faith (1929-2025) bought a majority interest in the Scoular-Bishop Grain Company in 1967, serving as CEO for 23 years and Chairman for 25 years. Named Chairman Emeritus in 2016, he continued to inspire Scoular’s leadership, employees, and culture until his passing in October 2025.

Marshall also established The Scoular Foundation, dedicating a portion of the company’s net profits to helping people, organizations, and projects in communities where Scoular’s employees live and work. In addition to creating the Foundation, he also served in a number of leadership positions for industry and civic organizations, including the Nebraska Leadership Council, the Strategic Command Consultation Committee, the Aksarben Board of Governors, and the boards of Boy Scouts, Nebraska Methodist Hospital, Joslyn Art Museum, United Way of the Midlands, Youth for Christ/USA, Creighton University, and Bellevue University. Marshall was a former Director of both Paxton & Vierling Steel Company and the former Norwest Bank Nebraska (now Wells Fargo), and was inducted into the Omaha Business Hall of Fame.
